So how does it actually work?

TLDR: you invest USDC, own a fraction of EV station, drivers pay to charge, revenue flow back to you.

1. Choose a Project Browse energy infrastructure investment opportunities, EV chargers, solar plants, and more. Each project includes terms, expected returns, and impact metrics.
2. Buy FITs You purchase FITs, which give you legal, on-chain ownership in the project’s revenue-generating asset.
3. Capital Gets Deployed The funds are used to build or install the asset, like fast chargers in strategic high-usage locations.
4. Asset Starts Earning Once operational, the asset earns revenue e.g., from drivers paying per charge. Revenue is distributed transparently through smart contracts, to those holding FIT tokens.
5. You Earn in USDC A fixed share of the profits (often 50% or more) are distributed monthly, in USDC. You can track and claim your earnings on-chain.
6. Minimum Returns Are Guaranteed Even if the asset underperforms, many projects include baseline return guarantees. This is built into the real-world contract and legal obligations so investors are protected.
